Always giving me 80072ee7 error!!

Hey I just updated to wp8.1 GDR1 devprev and after the second update (which is the main one) I'm trying to continue updating( to get cellular data toggle for example) but it's just showing me this error that the server might be temporarily issued or my connection might be bad , my connection is perfect , and when I turn the preview off , it shows that my phone is updated ( not a server issue ) so what's going on?!!

I had a similar, of not the same issue and it turned out to be related to the time... Double check that your phone is set to the correct date/time... If it isn't, set the time correctly and see if the error goes away.

Thanks, it worked by itself anyway now it's stuck in 92% !!! I can't believe that this is happening haha

i have this error after update but my date/time are correct and also its not a server problem, so help me in this issue
