Am I nuts for wanting to do this? (android to WP, etc.)

Man I am so undecided now between staying with VZW and going 928 or going to T-Mo and the 925. I just stopped by the store and the 925 was definitely nice (not sure how I feel about white though). I think I'm just concerned about 16GB. The phone already had 500MB of "Other" and they literally had just put it out on display in the last few hours. The battery wasn't even fully charged yet. I think I'm also concerned about T-Mo's signal. In the new building we just moved to I'm getting a solid 4 bars with a few drops to 3 (out of a total of 4) on VZW where the old place I'd get 2-3. I checked out a co-worker's Nexus 4 on T-Mo and he's getting like 1-2 bars. The other side of the coin is LTE though. It just got turned on in my area and in the store we ran a Speedtest and T-Mo pulled 33MB down and 29MB up! By comparison my VZW phone pulled about 10MB both ways out in the parking lot.
