Am I the only one who didn't get the 8.12393 Update?

Hey.
Since the new 8.12393 update has released, I've been trying since then and still haven't received the update.
Is it just released for some phones or does it require more of UI?

The update has been released for all phones that are running the WP8.1 Developer Preview.

1) Check if in Preview for Developers app you have "Enable Preview for Developers" ticked.
2) Go to Settings --> Phone Update --> Check for updates.

For some reason my enrolment in the dev program "disappeared". I had to re-enrol and then the latest version was available.

If you hard reset your phone.. You have to again install Dp app
