Amber- do I already have it?

It says right here what the firmware # is:
Availability in North America - Nokia
but i already have the # listed, does that mean that i do infact have it updated? see i have at&t, and my firmware # is the one listed, does that mean i have amber or does that mean i'm up to date till amber comes out?

It says for AT&T it's still waiting for approval so you don't have the update yet
