An alternative for MS Maps app

Hi, after removing my country from offline maps list MS Maps app is totally useless for me, now i need an alternative app that have offline maps.
do you have any suggestion ?

Not sure which ones have offline maps, but hopefully this will give you a place to start. Also look at the comments as well.

Actually it's not totally useless without offline maps. You may not download the maps, but as long you are online, you still have Bing maps for many more countries. Just try it out!

only MapFactor Navigator have offline maps but dont have quadlity
