You need a trakt account of course.

There's one for managing collection called "My Movies for windows 8" But not available for mobile and not updated to windows 10 obviously. That one is best for full collection information and such.

I have also used Movie Blaze (and sister app TV Blaze). If you have a trakt.tv account (and I would recommend it) there is a list of apps on their site that are supported for iOS, Android, and Windows.
