And they said iSheep were annyoing...

Apple fans love the products, and though I'm not an Apple user at all, a lot of their criticisms of other platforms are actually true. Especially Mac vs PC - PCs to this day feel frightfully unpolished to me. Windows 7 was heralded as a saviour - yet it had no established background agents of any sort, the bootscreen was stretched on any widescreen computer, the UI was archaic... I could go on.

Of course, the flip side of all those "capabilities" is Apple regularly obsoleting your equipment.

Over the past 12 years, Apple has forced its users through four very painful "transitions" -- OS9 to OS X, elimination of the "Blue Box" compatibility layer for OS X (which allowed OS 9 apps to run), Power PC to Intel, and elimination of PPC compatibility on Intel. Every single one of those made existing Apple products functionally obsolete. And if the rumors of Apple pushing Mac users from Intel to ARM are accurate, another big expensive transition is coming that will render those $2,500 MacBook Pro "retina" computers completely worthless.

Meanwhile, a computer running Windows XP from the Apple "OS 9 to OS X transition period" of a decade or so ago will run Windows 8, while Apple users would have had to have replaced their personal computers FOUR times to keep up with the latest version of OS X.

My iSheep friends don't hate the other OSes, they just like iOS because of its simplicity. I know they'd love WP8 (I hope I get my 8X from service soon so I can amaze them).
However... AndroidLovers are pretty much hailing their OS & they talk crap about the other ones. (They say iOS is a tiny crap with horrible looking UI, as for WP they say it has Windows ME apps -kind of true)
