Android / IOS which one works better with Band 2

Never thought id say this, but recent dropped apps, and my inability to run Windows 10 due to comparability issues with my UCONNECT have left me considering jumping to a new platform. So aside from Windows which OS does the band 2 work best with?

All notifications (BBM, iMessage, Facebook etc.) and syncing works great with iOS. There is no Cortana or ability to reply. I'm sure Android works well too. Android also seems to have a little more options w customizing the Band 2 w 3rd party apps.
