I was having an issue with playing video/audio over the display port to my TV (Slow motion video, no audio; plays fine when I disconnect the display port), I contacted support and after an hour & a half of zero progress I was ignored and then disconnected from chat & remote connection.
I am so outraged, I'm seeing red right now!
