Antivirus... worth it?

Is it worth to waste your very limited space on a W8 tablet to install some antivirus? Or is it pointless? You can recover your system when its get infected without loosing your data?

Why not use the built in Windows defender anti virus software.

Depends on you. I don't deal with the fancy scary stuff and have relatively enough common sense to not-be in dangerous places.
I stick with built-in Defender.
Although for heavier artillery, I'd personally bring in Avast! and don't think the storage cost of most AV to be too high.
