Hey guys, I live in western Massachusetts and i don't have access to a Cricket store. I decided to try to order online since $35/month plan seems pretty inviting. Well they've had some issues with the website, I can't get my orders to go through, you can't actually talk to someone when you call their phone number, the customer service reps on their web chat use very broken english and they've all told me something different. To the point where it's just very confusing. I was actually told to try and stay up until midnight and try to place my order then because tall the stores would be closed so their servers wouldn't be as busy,
Does anyone here use them and do you have any problems? I know they're an expanding company so this may be chalked up to growing pains, but my experience has been under whelming to say the least. I am considering cutting my losses and just going to straight talk instead. i have my mothers phone through them and have had zero issues so far.
