Any Dual SIM Windows phones that work on AT&T's 3G network? (1900 and 850)

I bought the Lumia 630 Dual SIM while overseas. I was bummed to find out it only supports the AT&T EDGE network. Does anyone know of any Dual SIM Windows phones that support the AT&T network for 3G or better?

The Yezz Billy 4.7 now can do it at 3G. But is their an LTE phone that will come as dual sim?
