Any fix for loading... In start screen

Hey guys, does any one happen to knw a wrkaround for the loading resuming screen in start screen (WM10 10512). Im kinda stuck with that. I tried disabling start background... No use.

After installing these Win10 mobile preview builds, doing a hard reset is recommended for a "clean install". Go to Settings - System - About and scroll down to the bottom - Reset your Phone.

Also note that there is still a bug that causes the start screen resuming in win10 mobile

Does reinstalling the build completely, fix the issue?
Or is this there for every1?
