I'm thinking about getting the 200Gb Sandisk MicroSD card for my media and data files. Since it isn't cheap, i wanted to make sure that there aren't any known issues with MicroSD cards and SP4? When i had SP2, I've had nothing but issues with it so I'm a little concerned... I've played with a 64Gb card and it seems to be fine, but that's just for a couple of days.

Sandisk cards like this one come with a 10-year warranty and usually are pretty reliable. Just make sure to buy from a reputable source.
I have not seen any issues with the port yet, but time will tell.

I think the op means the batterycpu problems of SP2 with a microSD card. I also remember I gave up on the SD card in the SP2 because the processor was kept at a high % and the battery was draining with the card in for some reasons. I don't remember all the details. I didn't test in the SP4 yet...

I never had problems with my SP2 and a 64GB Sandisk card... and I haven't had any problems with my SP4 and 128GB PNY card.

I have the 200gb microsd card from the LG V10 promo. Works great using it to backup my documents folder, shows up as 183gb when formatted. No weird processor usage or anything with it installed in my SP4.

How fast is the read and write speeds of the 200gb microSD card bundled with the LG V10?

Is it the same as the one Sandisk Ultra 200gb which is rated at 90mb/s read speed?

Yeah it's about the same, I can't link the PCMag review of the SanDisk Ultra MicroSDXC UHS-I 200GB Card due to my low post count, but its similar to it in terms of performance and results, not very fast but it gets the job done.
