Any Mac users? How can I download an app and install it on my phone?

I noticed that Nokia released their own ringtone app and I cannot find it on the App store, but it online on the windowsphone.com site with a dowload link. I have a Mac and I'm not sure how I can move it to the phone.

Not sure about sideloading apps. I have heard that it is supported on WP8 though. Generally if you don't see the app from your phones marketplace app it is because your phone isn't supported.

Hmm, even since they allowed you to download the apps I have been wondering how to do it on a Mac
