Any new news on the switch from RT(8.1) to w10?

It's been a while since my last RT tablet but I believe updates are automatic with no way of disabling.

Have you actually tried this on a tablet with RT? It doesn't mention if this is for x86 or all architectures.

Here is a screen grab from my Surface 2.
Under the Windows Update title it says "your device is not set for automatic update, click on the button below to activate automatic update.

Not at all, I was just asking if he'd tried it. He has confirmed it and I have no reason to doubt him. He even sent a screenshot.

Ummm... Right/Long Click on the Task Bar > Properties > Start Menu > Choose to use your start screen rather than start menu.
