Back in January it was announced that Microsoft would introduce its own e-book store into the Windows ecosystem with the Creators Update and I wonder if there has been already a release date announced for it.
I'd also be curious to know if it will start globally or only for the US market? I'd gladly use it if it would be available here in Germany, because reading books bought from Amazon is no fun at all on my Lumia 950 XL with Amazon's insufficient and buggy Kindle app.
Did Microsoft say something about the possibility of adding notes and markings to the books and magazines? Because that's another feature which is missing in the Kindle app and which would be useful.
