Meaning it doesn't have a front camera? Well, it DOES HAVE. As for the video calls is perfectly up to the software you're using. Do you mean that Skype doesn't support making video calls with its front camera? I'll check tomorrow and let you know.

Skype does support Video Calls, I've used that function on my ATIV S on many occasions.
