any way to open .png file received in a mail

Hi , anyone knows if there is a way to open a png file which has been added to the mail (not as attachment, but pasted in the main window between text...?! Please help

Somebody try to describe me sth, and after writing few sentences he paste a png file, and then continue writing, so I have a blank field where the image should appear. I can only mark this field and then "delete" or "copy"...?!
