Anybody else having problems with MMS messaging since upgrade to W10 on 640?

Last weekend I upgraded my Lumia 640 LTE to the official Windows 10 Mobile release. After the upgrade and subsequent Windows 10 update, I have done a hard reset and updated apps.

Throughout the whole process, I have not been able to send or receive MMS messages outside a brief period of time. After I did the hard reset and before updating apps, I was able to send/receive MMS. So, I believe the problem may be in the messaging app itself, but there is really no way to know.

Anyone else having this problem and/or have any suggestions on what to try next?

If you have one for a different carrier than the one you use you may need to input the mms server manually. A friend ran into that problem after he got one of those AT&T 640's unlocked so he could use with T-Mobile.
