Anybody getting text message issues right now?

All of a sudden, my phone has been having issues. I woudl receive the notificatino of new text, go into text thread and nothing. If i text something, it wont show. Did a restart and hard reset too, still had issues. Now at least i can see the texts, but the notification says "media context in message" when it is a normal text.

First time it happened, att issue?

Possibly... A few txt messages from my wife came through doubled yesterday afternoon.

same, i sent a photo on monday to my GF, wednesday morning she texts me "??" i said what?

She asked me why i sent a picture? I told her i sent the picture to her on monday...So some type of delayed message issue, perhaps att.
