Got mine 5hours ago.. With windows insider fast ring.. 950xl.. Hard reset.. .36 .. works fine.. Looks like nothings new on it... Just the phone runs more smooth.. App open faster.. And im happy now.. Haha.. Single sim. Australia..

I got the update hours ago on my Lumia 920. Everything went smoothly. Btw I am enrolled in Fast ring.

(So far it feels a bit better. But in the latest builds I see more ofter loading, but I think this is normal as my phone is old.)

I got the notification for the update to .36 from .00 (not .29) - but it stucks at 0% :-/

It stays at 10% for at least 10 minutes. Don't worry about it, it just takes a long time to progress.

unlocked 950XL dual sim in the US not on insider preview on this device...
just got notification of .29 update overnight and will be installed tomorrow morning (3am)
had the phone on 10586.0 for about a week - doing pretty good and really enjoying it. Battery life great.
Not really wanting it to be messed up with an update

Got it on both my Lumia's 920 and 930 no noticeable changes but battery usage on 930 appears to have improved! took it off charge at 6:00am done all the usual stuff i.e. call, messaging, twitter, email and sat nav and battery still 70% at 5:05pm. but could just be a one off?

I managed to get .36 only by resetting my perfectly good .29
The factory reset made the update work flawlessly

Prior to that I got stuck on 0% or 44 or 55 or the best was 60%
I also had false memory warnings and my phone turned into a fusion reactor (heatwise)

TBH I dotn even know why I bothered as it casued me to loose all my band 2 data for today
and my sleep info from last night (guess that's my fault as well)

I heard some non-insiders AT&T locked 950's were getting the .36 update. Nothing for my unlocked XL

SMS notification sounds broken for me on .36 on or off charger. I get 1 "good" SMS...the next one is a dying warble sound, then no more sounds after that. Rebooting the phone resets the cycle. Definitely not ideal, but other than that I haven't seen any new issues.
