Anyone else experiencing a screen flicker when opening the searchbar/cortana + Video

his is driving me insane! Apparently everyone else is not having this issue with screen flicker when clicking, gesturing and pressing the pen button to open Cortana. I came from a MacBook pro and an IPad and I'm new to windows so I don't know how to work around this. Should I exchange this for a new Surface Pro 4? Heres the video showing what is happening when I open Cortana in any way.

Yes I've experienced the same problem. Ended up restarting the device.

If it is fully updated and same problem, then take it back.

You can also try a system reset
