You can try performing a reset of OneDrive and check if that helps.

Be cautious when using OneDrive reset. It won't affect your files, but reset does re-sync all of your OneDrive data, which could take some time depending on the size of your data.

You can reset OneDrive by doing the following:

1. Press the 'Windows key + R' to open the Run Window.

2. In the Run Window enter the following: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

3. Click OK. The OneDrive system tray icon on the desktop should disappear and re-appear after a minute or two.

4. If the OneDrive system tray icon does not re-appear after a few minutes, do the following. In the Run Window Enter: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe

I have 2 Windows 10 Home and 1 Windows 10 Pro device which have all been unlinked with the same error. I hopped on MS Chat and they said they're aware of the issue and working on it.

I've been re-adding my devices one at a time. As each device completes, I add the next one. Seems to be working for far.
