That's the Windows phone 8 Portico update which first came out a few weeks ago, which I got back then

I got mine from Three UK and received an update this evening. It's an unlocked phone. Firmware is now 1532.20.20002.771, OS version 8.0.10211.204.

No love from Bell either!!!!!!!!!!! Starting to freak out a little bit about Bell not sending any updates/firmware!!!!!

Bell has a poor track record of WP updates. They didn't push through a bug-fix firmware update for the HD7 that has probably been out for over 2 years now. I'm not holding my breath for 8X updates either. HTC did say that they will push out Portico on Bell eventually, but no time frame provided.

I love too much WP Phones that I will leave Bell, they get barely any WP phones, always last to push out updates, you call them about the WP phones and they always sound lost!!!! F*** them!

You should write to HTC and give them your IMEI. I think 401 was for Germany... Once they have your IMEI they can fix that.

I called HTC support monday about the calls straight to voice mail bug and he mentioned there was a small update going out now and that at&t was getting. He did not know what fixed though. Said all carriers would send out once they tested for themselves. /shrug

No idea what it was for. It would be nice if they included some details.

Edit: and what's up with these long numbers. Can't they keep it simple like iOS and Android? (I'm new to WP8)

Anyone have any updates on when Verizon may start pushing out updates or is there anything special I should do on phone to get updates?

Hey All I had the update yesterday

Seems to have changed the firmware to 20005
and the bootloader to 0.0.1532.20(162966)
There's a rumour floating around that it shortens OS size in memory (under 1GB) but I it hasn't changed with me.
