Anyone else not getting Cortana time to leave notifications?

For sometime now I've no longer been getting Cortana time to leave notifications on my SP4. Anybody else experience this? How to fix?

Hi @ Byrese! Not a big fan of Cortana, but it is really a neat and amazing W10 feature. I'm sure you have been to settings and checked things.
Here's a neat link from HTG that might help you get better acquainted with Cortana. Thought I would answer your question. I like to see everyone's question answered.

Honestly, when I used Cortana they tended to come and go.

So I just got my first traffic notification in ages. But I think its because I now (again) have W10M. Using my Note 5 perhaps the Cortana settings didn't properly align.
Or the settings (driving/transit, etc.) have to be the same on both devices.

It's nice to get them again though
