there is a 2-3 sec lag opening apps.
opening screen has 1-2 slowdown
scrolling up and down lags:crying:

Yeah, it's pretty laggy now. Of course this phone has never been as smooth compared to my 920. I would go back to 8.1, but i'm in love with the new voice to text button while texting. So I will stick with it until it gets better or they come out with a new flagship.

830 has the same lags. And it was faster than my old 920 on 8.1 so I have no idea what's going on.

I'm pretty sure the RAM thing can be an issue if you're like me and have pinned more apps than the phone can handle.

Just unpinned everything from my start screen and removed everything from my switcher and the lag is still there. I think its a runaway thread just eating cpu cycles. It would explain the lag and the battery life.

My battery life is fine. It's just a has a little lag, and sometimes more than others.

Laggy initially?
Yes
After reset?
No

Working well for now.
Shouldn't say this I'm bored already :(
This is probably a good thing however because it's looking like the implementation of W10Pfp is well designed for beta.
I have been keeping in mind this from the Insider welcome page:
Things to keep in mind

Unexpected phone crashes could damage or even delete your files, so you should back up everything. Some hardware?like Bluetooth speakers?might not work, and some apps might not install or work correctly. You might also have trouble connecting to home or corporate networks.

I find my 635 is actually snappier than 8.1. There is no resuming screen anymore its been replaced by a splash screen of your accent colour, but it appears less.

I'm very impressed with performance on the very first w10TP

My favorite thing about it as well along with the notification center. I will be keeping this on my phone.

After the reset did you restore from backup or did you set up as a new device?

Go to settings>about>reset and follow the on screen directions.

Let us know if it helped.
