Anyone facing issues with Heat when using Facebook & Twitter on Lumia 950

I have been facing issues with my Lumia 950 Dual Sim when I start browsing Facebook and Twitter Apps and Camera. Apparently it heats up and becomes uncomfortable to use.
I heard this issue is a processing issue and will not be solved anytime soon and all Window phones face the same problem.
I am trying to avoid browsing Social Media sites on my phone to avoid heat issues. Again, why would I buy an expensive phone if I can't use it heavily.
I never faced issues with iPhone or LG when it comes to heat.

can you disable them from running in the background? And is facebook contacts sync on? If so, disable it

This is why i just traded in my 950 for an Galaxy S 6. I really didn't want to, but the constant battery drain and bugs made me fed up.
