Anyone finding their phone activating LOADS in the pocket?

I didn't notice this on 8.1 but my phone is being a nightmare when I'm out and its in my pocket. Anytime I get a notification the screen is unlocking, so I put a pin code on and it keeps entering till I have to do that A1B2C3 code to unlock it. Got home today to find that my pocket looked like something from ET as the flashlight from action center had activated. I'm not sure how this could be fixed, but curious to see if others are having similar issues. May look on ebay for one of those back/front cases.
