Anyone frustrated by the 5 minute screen standby maximum setting?

Before Portico, I had a maximum of 5 mins. Now I have 15, 30 and Never.

I have an unlocked Lumia 710 I bought from Amazon.com, and it has the "Never" option.

Yes tmobile has a never...maybe yours will change when verizon gets update.

You don't have Portico update then. My US Tmobile 8x does have "never" setting.

If you already had that option you already had Portico, there is no other way. That setting is specific only to Portico.

no its not, its carrier dependant. Im on voda uk and purchased from phones4u on release day and i have had the 'never' option always available to me.

It's Portico 8.0.10211.204 which is the latest update i received about a month ago. I had the 'never' option before that, as it's a setting i always enable because i like to have my phone on my work desk with the screen on.

Not really. When I downloaded stuff off Wi-Fi, I wished I had the NEVER option like in phone 7. However, most downloads rarely last longer than a few minutes. So, I am cool with that. Then again, I usually keep it at 30 seconds, so five minutes is actually a LOT for me

AT&T version. no never setting. only drop down menu like pic shown on previous page. portico installed.

Im on NZ vodafone and have 8.0.10211.204 without a never setting, would like to get that, might have to debrand at some point
