Anyone get the Type Cover with Fingerprint ID working?

Just curious, how does Windows10 downgrade OneNote and the tablet experience on the SP3. I am using the same OneNote desktop program and I am not aware that if limited it.
I was talking about the OneNote store app. It doesn't have that lovely radial menu anymore and revert to an ugly menu bar. I use OneNote primarily for inking
 
I figured out how to get my fingerprint setup.

I needed to remove my PIN and then go through the PIN setup again. Something wasn't set correctly with it and it's required for fingerprint sign in.

Once I did that the fingerprint setup prompted me for my PIN and then worked like a charm.
