anyone got gdr2 update from huawei?

I just got an answer from the Greek Huawei FB group, concerning GDR2:

"Due to technical problems, this update is not available for the moment..."

I suppose this answer applies to the rest of the world, not only Greece...

I also sent an e-mail to mobile@huawei.com asking about GDR2. This is the Huawei Device Customer Care Team.
Of course, they didn't spend more than 30 seconds, they suggested to contact local Huawei...

You can upgrade to GDR3 from the latest Western Europe rom.

My dad just received GDR2 on one of his two Huawei devices. I just upgraded his phone to GDR 3

Anyone yet received GDR2 on Wind Mobile in Canada? I bought the phone for my mother last February and there are still no updates. I can't developer unlock it to GD3 like I've done with my 1020 because it still doesn't have GDR2. Any news from anyone about this would be great!
