Anyone have the same problem with pictures?

Hey guys, i just noticed if I use 2M or above all my pictures come out with a similar resolution. 2mp comes out to 1600x1200 like normal, 3mp and 5mp both come out to 1630x1222. Shouldn't 3mp and 5mp be larger resolutions as stated in the selection screen?

woah, I didn't even notice that. I have the same problem too! Although this was in emailing my photos. I'm going to checkout if it's the same deal when syncing them through zune. Microsoft must have configured the OS to downsize the megapixels in order to make the files be sent faster.

Thats one thing i didn't check...these are by emailing to myself.

yeah, I just checked. It's only by email and mms.

When you sync them with Zune they are the full resolution. Pretty crafty, since the pics do reduce dramatically in size and continues the "everything is fast" mentality.

I wish there was an option to manually change it when emailing or uploading.
