Anyone having a less sensitive notification center with Denim?

I've only noticed it when wearing gloves (with extra sensitivity turned on)

I've had this issue since I updated to Denim. I keep wondering if a hard reset will fix it, but don't want to go through all that hassle. Has anybody had this problem and did a hard reset? Did it fix it?
