Anyone having trouble with cortana?

Got the official update on ATT yesterday and cortana was working perfectly fine but like after midnight and today she will not talk back, only do bing searches. Anyone else having trouble?

She doesn't talk all the time, sometimes its Bing mine does the same

If location is off, Cortana will be replaced with the original Bing
