Anyone managed to download speech

Hi all, has anyone managed to download speech? My English uk one is queued and I can't seem to get it to actually download, anyone managed this or is it a bug that has no work around?

Took me ages to get cortana back, now it's in a total huff and not talking to me!

Yes, download of speech language is not available at the moment.

It's not supported - from Is it right for me? - Microsoft Windows

Cortana is only available in English (United States) for phones. In other locales, you'll get the standard search experience.

You might be able to muck around with region, language etc.
For me, she was never really worth it in WA.

Hey everybody! Just an update, the speech download server is now functioning! Please go to Settings>System>Speech and you should see now the language is downloading. If it says error, tap it then retry.
