Anyone out there chose to go from a wp w/ glance to one that doesn't?

I'll like to hear your voices, since I am in the process of possibly doing this myself.

This might sound strange, but people who have decided to get an ICON/930 or 735, would have this experience, along with probably the HTC One M8 and maybe some other devices that I probably forgot.

Do you have any regrets doing so? Do you feel like you missed anything?

I switch from glance enabled phones (L925, L830) to the M8 and 735 fairly regularly. Glance is really convenient and I really like it. However, after I use either the M8 or the 735 for a spell I don't miss it enough to put those phones down just to use one with glance. It's easy to just double tap the screen or power buttons to get any info on the lock screen. I could live without regret having a glanceless screen. I miss using a back button on my iphone far more than I miss using glance.

Thank you for this! I feel the same as you about Glance, so that's good to know that you feel that way.

I have a 640 so I would be doing a slight upgrade to the 735. Really, I have to see how I like it first, but I'm sure that I will though. People have suggested the 830 being the way for me to go instead to have both, but I really want a 735.

Having Band 1 makes it much less painful when I swap from my 1520 (Glance) to my Win HD LTE (not Glance).
