Anyway to adjust sleep time?

Is there anyway to adjust the time recorded when you fall asleep and/or wake up in the dashboard? I know you can edit the times in fitbit if you forget to enter sleep mode or if you enter it in the middle of the night?

The reason why i ask this is because I know I was asleep for at least an hour and then I woke up and it had not entered sleep mode automatically yet. I am an active (move a lot) sleeper and don't' trust the auto function to get it right.

Thanks in advance

You can tap the tile with the crescent moon on it, and then press the action button to initiate sleep. When you wake up, press the large button, scroll to the right, and there should be a wake up option.

Also auto sleep is truly detected until after two hours of sleep is detected and it when the band is synched online does it register as sleep. As luke31 mentioned you'll need to get into the habit of putting the band in sleep mode manually if you want to track sleep.
