Anyway to collapse all Notifications in Windows 10?

Starting a few weeks ago I noticed that each time I opened Notifications in the system tray one or more notification is expanded instead of all of them being collapsed. I've searched for s setting responsible for this as this as I would like to return things to be the way the were previously (all collapsed). Anybody know how to do this?
