Anyway to update and dl apps on data plan?

Just switched from a Lumia 920 on WP 8 and I could at least dl most apps and get updates over cellular. With the 950 all updates and even installing new apps want wifi. My work pays for unlimited plan so I don't want wait for wifi.

go to settings, and search for "data usage"
tap on the result and you'll see "use cellular data if there's no internet access over wifi. etc etc"
if it says allow, then tap it. if it says don't allow then it's already enabled.

also, in the "cellular and sim" section in settings - network & wireless, make sure your data connection is on

Thanks but my data Connection is working and it was already set use data connection. But for some reason all my app updates and installs are pending waiting for a WiFi connection

large updates by chance?? i don't remember what the limit was, but larger apps will only update via wifi

Seems it's all apps now, I'll wait till all my apps finish downloading hopefully updates and installs work after that
