apn setting can't be open.

The problem is, mine can't open the apn option.

I got the previous APN back with a hard reset. And a day later I got the new version of the APN as an update.
But this time I will not install it.

Is there a way to get rid of this update. So I won't see it anymore in my store updates?

By the way, the complaints about this update have increased in the Reviews and it also occures on WP8.1

The problem I'm having is that I cannot "add new access point" (grayed out) or edit the exiting "LTE - Verizon Internet" APN. I have a Windows Ativ SE W750, using Straight Talk (on Verizon's network.) Want to change the APN settings to Straight Talk's tfdata APN.

Anyone found a way to add an APN? My option is grayed out.
