Guys,can someone put Nokia App Folder or Samsung App Folder,that i can install over Aplication Deployment ?

I am not sure exactly what you are asking. I believe you can download it from the windows phone marketplace.

yes,but cant install with usb thru aplication deployment program for windows.

The link above may be helpful for another way of doing it (although it needs a PC for the set-up). I haven't tried App Folder, but I used it to set up Nokia Here Drive+ on my 8X successfully, and App Folders (both flavours) are listed on the site as working when done that way.
