App for more individiualized notification settings

Does anyone know if there is an app (and what that app might be if available) that gives more individualized control over the WP8 notifications? For example, that it would let you set separate notification sounds for each email account attached to the phone?

There is no app. For E-Mail u just can use the system settings. All APPs can use custom notifications for themself, but only if the developer create it.
