App gap not closed

I get what people mean when they say "I've got all the apps I need" but those are the lucky ones or the ones who don't use a lot of apps. When people say the app gap doesn't exist anymore it's just not true. Many main apps like YouTube don't have an official app (yeah the 3rd party ones work grrreat, but the average consumer sees that as unattractive) and others are just low quality. Many are simplistic and underpowered, making the whole system seem unpolished and flakey.

Just voicing yet another frustrated opinion
