App not installing on Lumia 730

Crown it app is not installingon my lumia 730.I'm getting error code 0x8103012E. Plz help I'm using recent build .71

Are you trying to install on an SD Card?

I tried both sd card and normal memory

Are you trying to just download and install the app from the store, or are you trying to "deploy" it from your PC, i.e. developer device?

Well, what steps have you done to figure the problem out? Have you tried restarting your phone? Performing a soft reset? Is a hard reset an option for you?

yes i tried hard resseting twice once with backup and once without backup.still facing same problem. i cannot find anything about error code 0x8103012E
