App not installing

I have been having an impossible time trying to install an app called "Great British Chefs." It installs and runs fine on my PC but refuses to install on the RT. It continually says it is pending...as does the ReadList update program but atleast I did finally get the original Read List program to work. I was wondering if anyone is seeing this happen with this or any other apps.

I just installed it on my RT and it's running fine. It took longer than usual to download, but it did and went right to install.

Yes, many times. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled. Works great on the PC but no go on the RT as far as installation. It's an Asus and that may be the problem although everything else is installing and running.
