App Reinstall yields False positive

Both windowsphone.com & WPstore claim that Bing Travel is installed but it doesn't show up in my app list. In fact, when I click <View> from WP Store's Overview page of Travel, it just simply goes to the Start Screen. Any ideas on how to fix this?

All the Bing names were removed. Try looking under Travel. If that doesn't work, try Bing Get Me There.

Searching for it in WP Store is NOT the problem, BUT in my phone's app list after having installed it.

I also did a test on my Surface RT running latest update of Windows 8.1. I deleted Bing Travel and now it won't reinstall. Both Stores' Bing Travel Overview Page still indicates that the app is still installed.
