Windows simply cannot implement Android/iOS like App Sandboxing. Nobody would rewrite apps for windows just for running the sandbox. They just use web instead. Win32 App Isolation like its predecessor UWP is a total failure.
App Sandboxing is a bad idea. Use PWA instead.
