Same for me....phone app store was ok. I fixed my issue, however. Just out of curiosity, I logged into my account and checked the recent activity on my account. Low and behold, since the 13 of this month, someone had successfully logged into my account from Indianapolis, Indiana four or five times...even though I have two-step verification and log-in notification warnings turned on. I wonder how that happened??? After I discovered this, I reset my password and wiped all of my recognized devices from my account....after that, everything worked like it should. So, you might want to log into your account and check your recent activity just to make sure.
