App Store is DOWN??

Had a strange problem today., Store was working fine in the morning, exactly at 10 p.m. [IST], Store is not opening, instead the same home screen is reloading. Same thing happens when I open from the menu! Don't know is it a universal problem or just mine. My L520 is running the recent GDR1 from WP8.1. No Cyan yet!! All help appreciated.

The app store has been working perfect all through the week. Might be some problem with your data plan or internet connectivity.
